Hello guys! Here is my new article and today I am going to give my insight on relationships and their impact on our lifestyle. Everyone among us has some relationships in his life and these relationships create a great impact on the overall well-being of that person.
We human beings are born with an intrinsic ability to form relationships and social connections and since day one on this earth, we have been making bonds with people around us. This need for connection is one of our basic needs and those who try to deny this need are living abnormal and incomplete lives.
As, we are surrounded by different kinds of relationships like parents, children, friends, siblings, life partners, cousins, and other relatives, these relationships have a great impact on our overall well-being and so does our lifestyle. A healthy relationship has a positive impact on our lifestyle and helps to improve it. But on the other hand, a negative and toxic relationship can easily ruin it.

The relationships in our lives could be healthy or toxic. So, let’s try to find out what is a healthy relationship so that you can develop a better understanding of how a healthy relationship is beneficial for our health and lifestyle.
A healthy relationship is one in which we can become interdependent without losing our identity and individuality. The dependency on another person in any kind of relationship could be different and it varies according to the situation. For example, if you are sick or going to give birth you must be more dependent on people with whom you have a bonding or relationship.
A healthy relationship is one in which both parties give respect to each other, communicate openly, take care of each other, and invest themselves equally. But if in a relationship one person is giving respect and investing himself fully, but the other person is not doing his part that relationship becomes a burden on the first person, and dies soon.Â
We can never exclude the conflict of thoughts, arguments, and little disputes in any kind of relationship. So, two people sharing a healthy bond could have different points of view and have little disputes.Â
I can tell you about seven traits that could help you identify whether you have a healthy relationship with a person or not,

Relationships are an integral part of our life and whole lives we strive to build healthy relationships that add beauty to our lives. So, one way or another our social connections have a deep link with our lifestyle.
Here I am going to list down the impacts of our relationships on our lifestyle.
- Your relationships or social connections help you reduce stress and anxiety. A healthy relationship acts as a support system and in difficult times you can share your problems with your partner and it will let you feel less burdened. As a result, you will try to find out a better way out of difficult situations without affecting your lifestyle.
- When you spend time with friends and loved ones, your mood automatically becomes better and you feel yourself alive and energetic. Now you can cope with your busy life and problems in a much better way.
- A healthy relationship lets you help in making good decisions, keeps you reminded about important tasks and your goals for life, and lets you utilize your brain to the full extent. Because a supporting partner always wants you should live a healthy lifestyle.Â
- A person having good relationships in his or her life has a support system who wouldn’t let him scum to chronic diseases like heart problems, diabetes, blood pressure, etc. because they will never let you deviate from your healthy lifestyle track and make wrong choices in life that would deteriorate your health.
- Having a social connection with people who are practicing healthy behaviors in their routine life like doing exercise, waking up early in the morning, never smoking, eating healthy foods, and avoiding harmful activities, these people will make you too follow healthy behaviors and in turn your lifestyle will improve.
