In order to have a healthy and long-lasting relationship, you should be aware of not only your emotions but also those of your partner. A relationship with balanced emotions and feelings makes your mind stress-free and lets you live a healthy life.
3. While making a relationship, one needs to draw boundaries and communicate those boundaries to your partner. Since these boundaries will make your life easy and breathable, it would also give you your personal space. When you talk about your boundaries and limitations, you restrain yourself from committing any unrealistic thing and make yourself free of tension.
4. In case of a conflict, not only does listening to your partner give you the chance to resolve the dispute, but voicing out your point of view also lets your relationship last long. Express yourself and let your vulnerabilities out in front of people you trust.
