Today I am going to discuss technology and different sorts of digital applications that have surrounded our lives, and now I am going to put some light on the way they are affecting our life style.
Technology and electronic gadgets encircle our lives. None of us can proudly claim that he or she is living a life without technology; it’s just not possible. Starting from mobile phones and refrigerators to televisions and cars, everything is based on technology.
Cellphones have engulfed our young generation, and they use them more than ever. Even a large number of elderly people are using their mobile throughout the day. Studies claim that with every passing day, the number of users of mobile phones and tablets is increasing, and there is no way this number could be brought down.
We exist with the essence of being surrounded by technology and digital applications, and yes, they have great impacts on our life and lifestyles. Technologies and digital devices affect our lives positively and negatively, and it is determined by how and why we are using the same. Technology indeed has made life easier; it’s made keeping in contact with loved ones easier, getting information is available at your fingertips, medical care is hugely improved, it changed people’s lives, traveling around the world is easier, and it managed life much better. But at the same time, it has also created certain adverse effects on our lives such as bad influence of social media, addiction to digital devices, sleep deprivation and reduction in physical activities, and it has also made people exhausted and stressed.

But the major thing is how to keep a balance in its usage so that maximum benefits can be availed out of it and one can lead a successful life without getting affected by its negative effects. Technology has much control over the way humans behave and carry out tasks in their daily lives; therefore, technology greatly influences our lifestyles. Living a healthy lifestyle means you need to understand when you can depend on technology and its applications and when you should stay away from them.

Let’s have a look at how technology and digital applications are guiding us in finding our way to a healthy lifestyle and just how they are related to our lifestyles.
1. Many applications enable you to manage your calorie counts, and other health applications guide as to what is to be consumed and at what time of the day. Such health applications make it easier to get rid of those extra pounds or simply keep you at a healthy weight. Other applications help you track the amount of fluid intake, which is critical for maintaining good health.

So, instead of wasting time on gathering material for an assignment, a student can use it for other healthy activities.

When we come back after a long working day, we want to relax on our couch and watch something for entertainment. At that time, technology came for our help and gave us mobile, laptop, tablet, or television to see entertainment programs. There is no denying that technology has brought within our reach a wide array of options to soothe agitated nerves and get back into the grind called life. Opening up your mind and trying to find out what technologies and applications are needed in your life, while others are not, is what will help you live a healthy lifestyle. You also need to incorporate technology into your life to match the pace of others and to live a stress-free life.
