The majority of people around us are in a state of constant competition with their friends, family members, and colleagues and are in a race to get ahead of them in terms of clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. This unnecessary competition has put an extra burden on our nerves and budget and ruined our mental peace. Stop wasting your time, money, and energy on such stupid competition and use them to reconstruct your life and improve your lifestyle…. My dear, you have to come out of this self-imposed competition and get some mental peace. Otherwise, you could never achieve the goal of a healthy lifestyle.Â

Many people around us have become addicted to showing themselves as proper fashionista person and to fulfill this addiction they are spending the majority of their hard-earned income on buying clothes and accessories that they don’t need on an urgent basis. The majority of them are even doing two jobs to maintain these extravagant wardrobe expenses. Do you think it is good for them or it depicts a healthy lifestyle? No, it is ruining their lives. Because they are spending most of their time to earn money to maintain their extravagant wardrobe, they have forgotten to pay attention to their health and other things that are necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You have to stop wasting yourselves on this addiction to fashion and create a moderate line for your well-being.
- Stop copying blindly
You see a movie or a drama and develop a liking for a character. Now you would start copying that character and try to imitate his or her life. But the problem would begin if you have developed a liking for a character who is spending a lot of time and money on his or her clothes, parties, and clubs. Because you too would start doing this without even thinking that it is going to ruin your lifestyle. You need to copy and follow characters that are eating healthy food, doing regular sessions of workout, maintaining a healthy and happy relationship with family and friends, maintaining a modified and moderate kind of fashion statement, etc. By following such a person, you would automatically boost your lifestyle and gain mental peace.

A few days back, I was listening to a podcast. The guest on the podcast was a doctor and he was saying that nowadays, many young girls and boys come to him with a wish that they want to transform their bodies just like the models who do ramp walk. The words of the doctor made me think about how unrealistic the standards the fashion industry has set for our young generation. Because the models on ramps are always in good shape, have glowing skin, are always smiling, and have skinny-toned bodies. So, our young boys and girls want to look like them, when they wear the same clothes of brands that those models are endorsing. But one thing that our youngsters don’t know is that these models too have low days and have few flaws in their bodies which they hide under layers of cosmetics or with the help of surgeries.Â
- Embrace yourself with love and confidence
My dear youngsters, always remember, that no one is better and beautiful than you. You are just perfect, so, stop comparing yourself with some model. Also remember, you would look equally beautiful in whatever style statement you want to get in. So, get out of unrealistic desires that are ruining your inner peace and self-content which are necessary for getting a healthy lifestyle.
All of us have to take fashion as a part and part of our life. But we shouldn’t make it our whole life or only aim of life. You can wear whatever you like. You just need to take care of your liking, your budget, and your lifestyle… And don’t forget to kick out unnecessary fashion and style statements that is burdening your life.
